These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://nova-packs.com/ and its related reading, account, support, and subscription features (the “Service”). nova-packs is independently operated by HONG KONG BELLINA TECH LIMITED. Operator address: Room B53, 2/F, Phase 1, Kwai Shing Industrial Building, 36–40 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Official contact is available at support@nova-packs.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Subscription Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, obtain any parent or guardian consent required by applicable law. Eligibility to use the Service does not by itself establish eligibility to enter a paid subscription; applicable legal and payment-provider requirements also apply.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact support@nova-packs.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
3. The Service and AI-generated content
nova-packs provides fictional stories generated using artificial intelligence and published by nova-packs. Users cannot upload, generate, or publish stories through the Service.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or material that some readers find unsuitable. All characters and plots are fictional. The content is provided for entertainment and must not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Features, titles, chapters, and availability may change as the library and Service are maintained. We do not promise that every feature or item of content will always remain available.
4. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Service and read content made available to your account.
You must not:
- Copy, republish, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit books or other Service content without permission.
- Bypass authentication, subscription controls, chapter restrictions, or security measures.
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated means to extract content or burden the Service.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
- Use another person’s account or payment information without authorization.
- Use support or feedback channels for threats, harassment, spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Adult pornography, sexually explicit material, and sexually oriented content intended primarily for sexual arousal or gratification are prohibited on the Service. These restrictions also apply to fictional and AI-generated content. Full content standards, including protections for minors, appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual property and complaints
Rights in the Service design, software, branding, curation, arrangement, and published content are reserved to the extent permitted by applicable law. No ownership is transferred to you through access or subscription.
AI generation does not excuse infringement of third-party rights. If you believe material on nova-packs infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or another right, follow the procedure on the Copyright page or email support@nova-packs.com.
6. Subscription, trial, and automatic renewal
The standard membership price is USD 9.99 per month, including applicable taxes. No additional tax is added at checkout. Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial when trials become available. Trials and membership purchases are currently unavailable.
Unless canceled, a trial converts to a paid monthly subscription and the subscription then renews automatically every month. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the displayed tax-inclusive recurring price.
Complete cancellation before your trial ends or your next scheduled charge to avoid that charge. After cancellation, paid access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting a shortcut, signing out, or ceasing use does not cancel a subscription.

7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. nova-packs does not require you to send payment-card details through email or support forms.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Submitting a refund request does not mean that a refund has been approved or completed.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as account authentication, hosting, security, and payment processing. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you interact with their services.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or a particular reading outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, or when action is required by law. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or business practices. The revised date will be displayed on this page. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
