Are the stories AI-generated?
Yes. Stories available on nova-packs are generated using artificial intelligence and published by nova-packs. All characters and plots are fictional.
Can users upload or publish stories?
No. Readers cannot upload, generate, or publish content through nova-packs.
Do I need an account to read?
Some content may be available without an account. An account may be required to save books, keep reading progress, access account features, or read member chapters.
How do I save a book or continue reading on another device?
Sign in to your account and add the book to your library. Reading progress and saved books can then be associated with your account.
What does membership cost?
The standard subscription price is USD 9.99 per month, including applicable taxes. No additional tax is added to this price at checkout. Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial when trials become available. Trials and membership purchases are currently unavailable.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Complete cancellation before your trial ends or your next scheduled charge to avoid that charge.
What happens after I cancel?
Automatic renewal will be disabled. You can continue using paid membership features until the end of the current paid billing period.
How do I cancel?
Open Subscription Management in your account and follow the cancellation steps. Deleting a browser shortcut, signing out, or no longer using the website does not cancel a subscription.
How do I report a reading, payment, or content problem?
Use the Contact or Feedback page, or email support@nova-packs.com. Include the relevant book or chapter link and a clear description. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
