This Policy applies to nova-packs readers and to content published on https://nova-packs.com/. It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Service scope
nova-packs publishes fictional stories generated using artificial intelligence. Users may browse and read published content but cannot upload, generate, or publish stories through the Service.
2. Minimum age and younger users
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users must not provide false age or identity information. Users below the local age of majority must obtain any consent required by applicable law.
The 16+ minimum age does not permit unlawful content or conduct.
3. Published-content standards
These standards apply to story text, titles, descriptions, covers, illustrations, previews, banners, and promotional material.
Content published by nova-packs must not include or promote:
- Adult pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexually oriented content intended primarily for sexual arousal or gratification, including explicit descriptions or depictions of sexual acts, fetish content, and sexualized nudity. This prohibition applies even when all participants are adults and the activity is described as consensual.
- Child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or sexualized depictions of minors, whether real, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized use of a real person’s likeness without permission.
- Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
- Credible threats, instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or unlawful activity.
- Hate speech or material that incites violence or discrimination against protected groups.
- Targeted harassment, doxxing, or malicious disclosure of private information.
- Deliberately deceptive claims presented as fact where they create a material risk to health, elections, or public safety.
- Spam, deceptive promotion, or content intended to manipulate traffic or ranking systems.
AI generation, fictional framing, an age label, a paywall, or an adults-only audience does not create an exemption from these standards. Non-explicit romance and relationship stories are permitted only when they comply with all of these content standards.
4. Reader conduct
Readers must not:
- Bypass paid access, authentication, chapter restrictions, or other security controls.
- Extract, copy, resell, republish, or distribute content in bulk without authorization.
- Use another person’s account or payment information without permission.
- Introduce malware, disrupt the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or access systems or data without authorization.
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated traffic that burdens the Service or collects content.
- Send threats, harassment, spam, fraudulent requests, or unlawful material through support channels.
- Evade restrictions imposed for misuse.
These rules do not prevent genuine complaints, reasonable criticism, lawful consumer disputes, or the exercise of statutory rights.
5. Reports
To report content or conduct that may violate this Policy, email support@nova-packs.com and provide the relevant URL, a clear explanation, and supporting information where appropriate.
For suspected child exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery, provide the location and explanation without downloading, forwarding, or attaching the material.
6. Review and enforcement
We may investigate reports and restrict, revise, replace, or remove content that violates this Policy. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse the Service. Serious safety, security, or legal risks may require immediate action.
If you believe an enforcement decision is incorrect, contact support@nova-packs.com with relevant information and request a review.
7. Law-enforcement requests
Law-enforcement agencies may contact support@nova-packs.com. Requests will be reviewed for source, legal basis, and scope before information is preserved or disclosed as required by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, safety standards, or law. The revised date will be displayed on this page.
