These Subscription Terms supplement the nova-packs Terms of Service.
1. Price and billing period
The standard subscription price is USD 9.99 per month, including applicable taxes. No additional tax is added to this price at checkout. The final checkout screen will display the price, currency, billing period, trial duration if any, and renewal terms before you confirm.
2. Free trial
Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial when trials become available. Eligibility must be confirmed before activation; a trial is not guaranteed for every user. Trials and membership purchases are currently unavailable. Before any trial is started, the trial end time, cancellation deadline, and first charge of USD 9.99 will be displayed for confirmation.
Unless canceled before it ends, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at USD 9.99 per month.
3. Automatic renewal
After any trial, the subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the recurring tax-inclusive price.
4. Cancellation
Complete cancellation through Subscription Management before your trial ends or your next scheduled charge to avoid that charge.
Canceling disables future renewal. Paid membership access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting a shortcut, signing out, or no longer using the website does not cancel the subscription.
If you cannot access Subscription Management, contact support@nova-packs.com using the email address associated with your account. A support request is not confirmation of cancellation; check your account for the current status.
5. Payment processing
Payments and subscription billing are handled by a third-party payment provider. The provider and applicable payment terms will be identified at checkout before you confirm a purchase. nova-packs does not ask users to send full payment-card details through email or support forms.
6. Changes to price or terms
If the subscription price or material renewal terms change, notice will be provided as required by applicable law. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
8. Governing law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
